Returns and Refunds Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than one business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

  • We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Returns

  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Shipping

Soulstone is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Our dedicated delivery service properly and carefully packs the product for shipment. Any loss or damage, whenever occurring improper packaging which results Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, title to and risk of loss of the item shall pass to buyer only upon receipt of the same by buyer, and any rightful rejection or revocation of any product by buyer shall immediately shift the risk of loss of such product, wherever located, to Seller.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [10] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

GST is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
